January 17,2008 To Whom It May Concern; This letter is being written to inform any future occupants of the Capitol Warehouse & Fulfillment Center in Winchester IL of the service they have provided us. Our relationship with Capitol Warehouse began in January 1, 2006. The obligations which Capitol Warehouse & Fulfillment Center completed from day to day are as follows: • Set up and organized warehouse to fit the business needs of CASE • Received in product from various suppliers • Maintained relationships with freight carriers • Picked, packed and shipped out our product based on sales orders that were provided to them via fax • Assisted in ALL inventories • Assisted in researching various claims for freight/shortage Our overall relationship with Capitol Warehouse has been great and all our expectations were met.Kristina Sullivan Operations Manager
