To Whom it May Concern, I’ve been working with Capitol Warehouse for a few months now and they are always there to assist me with my shipping needs. First, they helped me determine the proper way to ship my company’s product, which took a bit of digging. When I e-mail or call them about a shipping issue, they respond very promptly. They pay attention to the details of each order and ship the items in a timely manner and help to get me the best shipping rate available.
