I want to thank you and your staff for the phenomenal service I have received from Capital Warehouse. Before choosing Capital Warehouse as our fulfillment and warehouse provider we had conducted significant research. Capital Warehouse proposed the best rate and fee schedule and I have to admit I was skeptical at first. Fees as low as your proposed rates generally result in slow to no customer service and accuracy. Your staff proved me wrong! The personalized service I have received from Capital Warehouse has been over the top! I had expected a 24 hour turn around time but have instead received same day service! Your staff has been in constant contact with mine working on ways to minimize shipping costs and improve service to my clients. Working with Capital Warehouse has been equivalent to having my own warehouse staff with none of the hassles. I want to thank you Jesse and all of your staff and commend you on a job well done.
